SWAN Hill's sister-city Yamagata are set to send a delegate of visitors to Swan Hill in March as part of the bi-annual student exchange program that has taken place since 1980.

The visitors will be housed with residents in Swan Hill and surrounding districts, giving them the chance to experience authentic Mallee life firsthand.
