SWAN Hill Rural City Council has begun the process of compulsorily acquiring the Robinvale Hotel, which has remained derelict after burning down in 2015.

Robinvale is the largest town in Australia without a pub and residents regularly make the trip to neighbouring Euston in New South Wales for dinner and drinks.
