GANNAWARRA Shire councillor Garner Smith has come under fire after making a disparaging comment on Facebook.

Cr Smith commented on a Yahoo post after video emerged of Richmond star Dustin Martin touching a woman’s breast.

"I'd be more worried if he didn't go in for a feel," he wrote.
