A MALAYSIAN man arrested in Bannerton in June as part of a major drug operation was refused bail in the Melbourne Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

Zheng Cai Kuay was arrested on June 30 at a Hattah-Robinvale Road property in Bannerton, where police allegedly found over $200,000 in cash, $180,000 of it in an air-conditioning vent in Mr Kuay's bedroom ceiling.
