FAMILY-owned Swan Hill businesses are bearing the brunt of a recent rise in retail theft as Swan Hill police attempt to crack down on the growing issue.

After being targeted by thieves multiple times, local clothing retailer 218 Degrees posted on Facebook that the store would not welcome shoppers who hid their faces from staff.
