FORMER Balranald Shire Youth Mayor Jackson Bialobrzeski has been acknowledged for making his home town a better place for young people.

The commerce student, studying on the Victorian Surf Coast, was named a dual winner of the 2024 Tom Harvey Award, an initiative of the Australian Youth Trust.
