SWAN Hill Specialist School art teacher Natalie Goudie-Troy has been recognised by her peers as this year’s Outstanding Teacher of the Year.

The accolade came at the Principals’ Association of Specialist Schools awards held at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium.
