SWAN Hill’s Hope Aged Care has been listed as one of 11 aged care facilities in Victoria as needing improvements based on the government’s latest star ratings.

As of December 12, Hope Aged Care had an overall star rating of just two out of five, flagging the need for improvement based on a complex algorithm of quality measures.
