HIGH-school students have until July 19 to apply for the “once in a lifetime” 2025 Yamagata cultural exchange.

Students who lived in Swan Hill and were in Year 8 or above were encouraged to “seize this amazing opportunity to build international friendships and embrace the spirit of cultural exchange”, Swan Hill Rural City Council mayor, Cr Stuart King, said.
