THE Lake Boga community saw the New Year in with a bang as locals and visitors enjoyed a firework display above the lake.

Revellers enjoyed a perfect day for water activities with temperatures reaching 35C on New Year’s Eve.

With many campers in town for the holidays, the lake was a perfect place to cool off with a swim and boaters also took full advantage of the ideal conditions.
