HAYLEY and Matt Pattison have taken the leap into marketing their own beef, and they're not looking back.

With their young children, Troy, Levi and Zali, they farm Poll Herefords and Angus Hereford cross at their Burraboi property, about 50km north-east of Barham.

Most of their cattle go to the feedlot, but in January they started marketing their own beef under the Pattison Pastoral brand.
