NEW South Wales has reached the next stage of its roadmap out of COVID-19 with a number of restrictions lifted, despite recent Omicron variant numbers surging in parts of the state.

As of 12am on December 15, people all across the state will be able to enjoy some freedoms which have not been available since pre-COVID.
