SINCE Swan Hill Council closed the drag strip in December, there have been approaches to the council to use the facility for a range of motorsports not related to drag racing.

At the June 18 council meeting, a resolution was passed to invite all parties who expressed an interest in using the former drag strip to present their proposals to the council.
