SWAN Hill Council is urging residents and visitors to follow all signage at the construction site for the new Swan Hill Tourism and Cultural Hub in Monash Drive.

Council director of development and planning Michelle Grainger said to ensure the safety of all pedestrians, a footpath diversion was in place and clearly signed.
