LAKE Boga resident Chris Lahy has described the Murray Valley Highway upgrades as "cheap" and "poor", due to the potholes which stretch from the outskirts of Lake Boga to the Kangaroo Lake Caravan Park.

"You've got to wonder why they even went ahead with the upgrades as it's deteriorating at such a rapid rate," Mr Lahy said.
