WITH local government elections coming up in October, aspiring councillors are encouraged to attend an information session to learn more about the election process.

There are 14 sessions in regional Victoria, with the one in Swan Hill to be held in August 7 open to all potential candidates in the Loddon Campaspe Mallee region.
