Robinvale hostel plan to house 60 workers
BUSINESS partners from Robinvale Backpackers have received $744,000 through the Labor Government's Seasonal Workforce Accommodation Program (SWAP) to build new accommodation for up to 60 workers.

Member for Northern Victoria Mark Gepp said the new backpacker-style accommodation would include rooms for two to four people, each with self-contained ensuites, plus communal facilities including laundry, kitchen and common rooms.

Mr Gepp said the Robinvale project would be valuable additional accommodation in an area where beds had been a barrier for workers wanting to stay in town.
