THERE is nothing worse than kids coming home from school without that brand new hat or shirt in tow, and no way of getting it back because there was no name on it.

Swan Hill Disposals and Outdoor Store owner Darryl Billing said it doesn’t matter what school it is or if parents would like full names or just surnames on the items, they can do anything.

“Embroidery can generally be done within two days of the item being brought into the store,” Mr Billing said.

“But I don’t recommend leaving it until the last minute, as we don’t want too much of a rush in the last few days heading back to school.”
