A GRIEVING Balranald mother who lost her son after he was struck by a car says it’s insensitive for the NSW Government to present her son’s death as a catalyst for change following the introduction of new speed limits.
Balranald resident Kylie Reid said her life had been turned upside down by the tragic death of her son, William Ellis, who was hit by a car on his way home from school last year.
