THE Swan Hill municipality needs the right tree, in the right place, at the right time, according to councillor Jacquie Kelly.

Cr Kelly moved at the September ordinary meeting – prior to caretaker period – that a report comes to a future council assembly on the development of an Urban Greening and Cooling Strategy.
