SEVENTEEN years after finishing her term as a Lakes Ward councillor, Dr Jacquie Kelly is keen to return to the council chamber.

Swan Hill born and bred, Dr Kelly is standing for council because she feels, after watching the way it was functioning, she could contribute her knowledge, skills and time.
