IT had never entered Chris Pearce’s mind to stand for Swan Hill Rural City Council but when people he knew started bringing it to his attention it suddenly crystallised opinions he had been developing for some time. Never realising they would result in him putting his hand up for any kind of public position.

And his biggest concern stretches about 131.1km down the Murray Valley Highway to Swan Hill.
