MURRAY River Council has appointed experienced local government director Stacy Williams as its new chief executive.

Ms Williams has been director of healthy communities and environments at the City of Greater Bendigo since July 2022.

She has also served as a director at Gannawarra Shire and in various roles at Campaspe Shire.
