A GRANT writing expert will give local community groups a "common sense approach" when he holds a free hybrid workshop in Swan Hill on Wednesday.

Consultant Keith Whelan will share his tips and offer advice to groups, at SuniTAFE from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
