ALMOST all of the timber steps at Riverside Park are visible, as the Murray River returns to more normal flows in the wake of 2022's historic flooding.
At the river's peak, only the 10th step could be seen.
As of January 17, the height of the Murray River as Swan Hill was about 1.8m, the lowest it has been since June last year. It peaked at 4.6m in early November.
