MEMBER for Mildura Jade Benham has disputed claims that Victoria is the state most to blame for sabotaging the Murray–Darling Basin Plan.

Environment Victoria this week released its Debasing the Basin Plan report, which accused successive Victorian governments of undermining national water policy over the last 16 years.
