THE Swan Hill Town Hall is looking fresh and bright amid an external painting makeover.

Painters have completed the Beveridge Street side of the 88-year-old grand building, with the front facade almost complete.

The elegantly restored art deco performance space was built in 1935 and still retained many of the original features.
