ARGUING that one of the nation’s largest food bowls is at risk, a group of local councils is doing everything in its power to halt the return of water buybacks.

The Murray River Group of Councils, which comprises Campaspe, Gannawarra, Loddon, Moira, Mildura and Swan Hill, this week launched a #PushbackBuybacks campaign.
