WITH high flows in the Murray River continuing to recede, the Euston weir and Lock 15 will be reinstated this week.

During the preparation process for the weir to be reinstated as river levels return to their usual height, a routine inspection conducted by WaterNSW identified minor damage to the structure of the weir.

It was determined this was likely to have been caused by flood debris.
