THE historic paddle steamer Melbourne is being refurbished by Echuca shipwright Adam Auditori for tourist cruises.

Mr Auditori has worked on boats for 34 years and when he saw the PS Melbourne for sale in Mildura for the third time in its lifetime, he knew it was an opportunity he had to grab.
