SIGNATURE Moulamein agribusiness 12 Good Eggs has failed to sell and will be closed down by its owners on June 30.

For the past nine years it has been run by Kate Redfearn and family as a star attraction on the farmers' market circuit and in regional supermarkets and specialist retail outlets and butchers.
