IT has been a long ride on the show committee for Ann Crowe, but she's hit the stop button after more than a decade.

Ms Crowe has been recognised for her time as a volunteer of the Swan Hill District Agricultural and Pastoral Society with life membership.

She received the honour from president Reg Packer at the annual general meeting in November.
