A VITAL transport link between Kyalite and Moulamein will soon be upgraded.

Murray River Council on Monday announced it would start $5.7 million worth of major construction works along Kyalite Road next month.

The project will upgrade an 11.8km stretch of the road, located between Arundel Road and the Balranald Council border, about 2.5km east of Kyalite.
