SWAN Hill Rural City Council (SHRCC) held a ceremony on Tuesday where the seven recently elected councillors were sworn into office.

Of the seven, only Cr Les McPhee and Cr Stuart King were returning from the previous term, although Cr Lindsay Rogers held a seat for two terms between 2003 and 2009.
