SWAN Hill Rural City Council is ready to tackle agricultural plastic waste with the acquisition of a new mobile plastic baler.

The Circular Agricultural Plastics Economy (CAPE) Project will collect and transport plastic to processing facilities and keep high quality plastic in the manufacturing stream.
