NSW to trial Right To Ask domestic violence policy

A NEW scheme announced by the NSW Government aims to help people find out if their partner has a history of domestic violence offences.

The Right To Ask scheme would allow NSW Police to disclose information to a person who is a potential victim of domestic abuse about their partner's previous offending.
