IT was the third wettest year on record, with more than 600mm falling across the Swan Hill region in 2022.

The Bureau of Meteorology is yet to release its official annual wrap, but historic rainfall data showed 608.6mm fell last year, smashing the long-term annual median rainfall of 297mm.
