SWAN Hill's tourism showpiece, Riverside Park, is looking decidedly shabby after problems with a new irrigation system caused large patches of grass to die off.

Last year Swan Hill Council embarked on a project to upgrade the pump and irrigation system servicing park and wetland areas along the Murray River, from Milloo Street to the caravan park adjacent to Riverside Park.
