ANYONE who has learned to swim in Swan Hill likely had lessons from Shirley Swan.

Swan has been a swimming coach for more than 50 years and was one of the Nyah Two Bays Swan Hill Swimming Club's founders in 1978.

In 2020 Swan was recognised for her tremendous service, winning the Outstanding Contribution to Swim Coaching in Australia Award.
