COMMUNITY satisfaction with Swan Hill Rural City Council has fallen to its lowest level in a decade, according to the results of the latest survey.

The council scored an overall performance rating of 50 out of 100 – three points lower than in 2022 and six points below its peak in 2021 – in the phone survey of 400 people living in the area.
