TWO Swan Hill JPs have achieved a milestone, with John Van Heumen and Neil Mesley reaching 100 attendances at a document signing service.

Mr Van Heumen told The Guardian it was a “significant achievement,” with other JPs reaching 60 to 70 sessions so far.
