IT has taken a while, but fuel prices have started rising in Swan Hill, even as flooding across Victoria interrupts deliveries to service stations.

The Caltex Woolworths service station on McCallum Street was unable to supply motorists with regular unleaded or diesel fuel for much of last week and the only diesel available from the BP on Campbell Street was through its high-flow tanks.
