Theft from motor vehicle

POWER tools were stolen from a parked unlocked vehicle overnight between Sunday, April 27 and Monday, April 28 in Gummow Street, Swan Hill.

A neighbour found the tools in his front yard, and they were handed to police and then returned to the owner.

Theft

A FEMALE was arrested in relation to the theft of sunglasses from a business in Campbell Street, Swan Hill on Friday, April 25.

The 43-year-old woman was charged and bailed to attend court at a later date.

Damage and theft

A LARGE window was smashed and six bicycles were stolen from a shop on McCallum Street in the early hours of Tuesday, May 6.

One bike was recovered in Splatt Street and the other five are still outstanding.

Police are yet to identify the offenders, and are looking for dashcam or CCTV footage of anyone who may have been in the area.

Damage

A MAN was identified and interviewed by Cohuna Police after damaging the front door area of a facility in King George Street about 4.30am Friday, May 2.

Fire

A MAN is expected to be charged and attend court in relation to lighting a fire without a permit after a loud ‘bang’ was heard at the property he occupied by Wycheproof residents about 11pm Wednesday, April 30.
