Counterfeit notes:

COUNTERFEIT $100 notes were used by two people to purchase items in different transactions at the same supermarket on Friday, August 22.

Theft:

DIESEL and a key to machinery were taken from a property on Wood Road, Chinanging between 6pm Wednesday, August 20 and 11.30am the following day.

Hoon activity:

POLICE are investigating hoon activity and burnouts at the intersection between the Murray Valley Highway and Benjeroop Tresco Road, Tresco, and the vicinity of Shepherd Street, Swan Hill on Saturday, August 23. It is believed a large number of vehicles were involved. Anyone with dashcam footage or information is urged to contact Swan Hill Police or Crime Stoppers.

ROBINVALE

Burglaries:

POWER tools, ATVs, motorcycles and other equipment have been targeted in a string of burglaries, attempted burglaries and vehicle thefts reported from rural properties around the Robinvale area over the past two weeks. Mildura CIU are investigating.
