A 17-YEAR-old male was arrested on Wednesday, October 30, in relation to an incident at Tower Hill, Swan Hill, on October 10.

Swan Hill Police said the male's family brought him into the police station, where he was extremely remorseful for his actions.

He received an official caution.

Police have made referrals for all those involved.
