A TRADITIONAL smoking ceremony has been held at the sites of the new Swan Hill Tourism and Cultural Hub and Swan Hill Regional Art Gallery.

Members of the First Nations community, councillors and stakeholders of the new builds gathered to participate in this sacred ritual.
