DANIEL Gardner has become just the third Swan Hill local to be awarded Country Week Legend status by Tennis Victoria joining previous award winners Trevor Holt and Greg Tarrant.

Introduced in 2018, the legend status was created to recognise those who have made a significant contribution to the culture of Country Week and participated over a number of years.
