ANGUS Wilckens, a Year 6 student from St Mary's Primary School Swan Hill, shaved his mullet of two years to raise money for Parker O'Bree, who at 11 months old was diagnosed with a childhood cancer called Wilms' tumour, also known as nephroblastoma.
Students and staff raised money for Parker's family through the casual-dress Minus the Mullet fundraiser on Wednesday August 18 and the whole school watched as Year 3 student Ella O'Bree, Parker's eight-year-old sister, assisted St Mary's learning support officer and local hairdresser Melinda Graham with the shave.
