Bombers brimming with confidence

WANDELLA’s netball side will head into the 2025 season with coaches Eboni Greenhill and Jen Moore at the helm.

Greenhill joined the Bombers in 2024 and will step into a playing-coach role as a key defender while Moore brings a wealth of experience as both a Wandella premiership coach and player and has spent time in the CMFNL league with Kerang.

Mixed with some younger up-and-coming faces, Greenhill said the Bombers would make an impact this season.

Eliza Perryman was best and fairest for the club in 2024 and adds firepower to the lineup.

She has an impressive record of club and league best and fairest awards as well as interleague and regional state title representations.

Emilie Lancaster returns to the side this year and will play a key role in attack.

Lancaster is no stranger to premiership wins and brings versatility through the midcourt.

Her accuracy in goals will be valuable.

Also returning to the Bomber’s fold is Remi Macri who will fit back into the side seamlessly as a dominant shooter.

Her presence in the goal ring, accuracy under pressure and ability to move quickly down the court will be a key asset for the bombers this season.

Greenhill said the Bombers will be final contenders this year “without a doubt.”

Player to watch:

Eliza Perryman’s talent and experience makes her an important player to watch this season.

Skilled in both the midcourt and the goal ring, Perryman has the ability to dominate in attack.
